| 摘 要： | 该试验采集了9个常用品种的苹果花粉,统计其花朵的出粉率,并进行了不同蔗糖浓度、琼脂浓度下花粉发芽率的试验。结果表明,‘富士’和‘首红’的花朵出粉率最高,平均每200朵花可出花粉0.29g;‘首红’的平均花粉发芽率最高,为66.83%;大多数品种的花粉在15%蔗糖+1%琼脂的培养基上发芽率较高。

| Abstract: | This test collected nine common varieties of apple pollen,counted its flowers' extraction rate,and carried out the test that different sucrose concentration and medium affect the rate of pollen germination. The results showed that the extraction rate of 'Fuji' and 'ShouHong' is the highest which is 0.29 g on average of 200 flowers. The average pollen germination rate of ShouHong is the highest about 66.83%. The germination rate in most of varieties' pollen are higher in the medium of 15% sucrose and 1% agar... |
