苹果砧木组培苗无根快速移栽技术研究

摘    要:该研究提出一种介于普通扦插和生根移栽之间的新的苹果砧木组培苗无根快速移栽方法,组培苗转接于特定生根诱导培养基1/2 MS+IBA 2.0 mg/L,暗培养4~8 d后直接移栽至泥炭基质上,生根率达80%;移载至泥炭+蛭石(1∶1)基质上成活率达63.16%。该方法移栽成活率明显高于普通扦插方法,且省掉生根和炼苗两大步骤,节约时间25 d左右。

Abstract:In this study,a new rapid rootless transplanting method of apple rootstock tissue culture seedlings was proposed,which was between common cutting and rooting transplanting.The plantlets were transferred to a specific rooting induction medium of 1/2 MS+IBA 2.0 mg/L.After dark culture for 4~8 days,the plantlets were directly transplanted to peat medium,the rooting rate was 80%;the survival rate of the plantlets transferred to peat+vermiculite(1∶1)medium was 63.16%.The survival rate of this method was significantly higher than that of the common cutting method,and the two steps of rooting and seedling refining were omitted,that is 25 days were saved.
