摘    要:文中简述了食品接触用木竹制品的定义、分类,探讨食品接触用木竹制品的质量状况和标准体系现状,分析其潜在的风险,进而对食品接触用木竹制品行业的发展提出建议,以期能为我国食品接触用木竹制品质量的提高和行业监管提供参考。

Abstract:The paper introduced the the definition and classification of wood-bamboo utensils for food, discussed the quality of these utensils and its standard system, and analyzed the potential risks.Some recommendations were proposed for the development of wood-bamboo utensils for food, which was expected to provide some references for quality improvement and industry supervision of wood-bamboo utensils for food.
