我国林纸企业的资源可持续利用

针对我国实施林纸一体化战略过程中存在的林木原料供应不足和资源整合利用效率偏低的现状，在对资源进行分类的基础上，借鉴资源生态思想构建林纸企业不同资源投入与产出的评价指标体系；以岳阳林纸股份有限公司为例计算各类资源的投入、消耗、保有和产出，分析林纸企业的资源结构及其与绩效的关系；提出通过积累无形资源和强化人力资源管理等手段来持续利用林木资源和促进林业、纸业与环境三者协调发展的策略。

Sustainable Resources Utilization of Forest & Paper Firms in China

In view of the situation of the under-supply of wood resources and the inefficient utilization of resources in the process of the forest & paper integration strategy in China, this paper classified the resources and set up the evaluation indicators of the inputs and outputs of resources by means of the concept of resource ecology. By taking Yueyang Forest & Paper Co., Ltd. as an example, the paper calculated the inputs, consumption, conservation and outputs for all kinds of resources that the firm had, and analyzed the structure of resources and their relation with the performance of the firm. Finally, the paper proposed to employ the means such as accumulating intangible resources and strengthening human resources management to sustainably use forest resources and promote the coordinated development of forestry, paper and environment.
