国外木质碎料干燥技术现状

本文综述了目前国外木质碎料干燥技术的现状.分别介绍了主要的燃料种类和能源转换方式、在人造板工业上常被应用的典型干燥装置、近年来在干燥工艺和节能技术方面的进展,以及干燥设备的安全卫生保护.

The Technical Level of Wood Particle and ber Drying in Foreign Countries

Dryings of particle and fiber are quite impoftant processes for manufacturing of particleboard and fiberboard. This paper describes the technical level gas,oil and wood waste,and typocal drying mediums,for example,hot water,hot oil,steam,hot air and gas with high temperature,are respectively introduced.Several kinds of dryers,that are extensively used in wood-based panel plants,including traditional dryer equipped with heated tubes,three or single-pass bryers,jet dryer,tube-type dryers,flow drying bed with vibration and suspension dryer,are in brief explained,Some current developments on drying process and equipment of particle and fiber are also described.Many possible reasons to cause fire and explosion in dryer are analyzed and methods to solve th problem are also researched.
