森林草原火灾监测技术研究现状和展望

摘    要:森林草原火灾监测技术是指人类通过现有的科技工具对森林草原火灾的发生进行监控、测量。文中综述了地面监测、航空监测和卫星监测等3种森林草原火灾监测技术的研究进展,总结各种监测方式与手段的优点及不足,旨在通过对各项技术相关研究进展的比较,了解各项技术的优劣;概述载人航空监测和无人机监测的特点和发展现状;对森林草原火灾监测技术的未来发展趋势进行展望和预测,指出未来将利用现代信息技术形成“慧眼”,健全森林草原火灾监测系统的科学完整性。

Abstract:Forestry and grassland fire monitoring technology means that people monitor and measure the occurrence of forestry and grassland fire through existing scientific and technological tools. For ground monitoring, air monitoring and satellite monitoring, this paper introduced the research progress of different forestry and grassland fire monitoring technologies, presented the advantages and disadvantages of various monitoring ways. By comparing the technical related research progress, the functions and characteristics of each technology were summarized and analyzed. Meanwhile, the status and state-of-the-art of manned aerial monitoring and UAV monitoring were given in detail. The application prospect of forestry and grassland fire monitoring technology was expected, which pointed out that we should make use of modern information technology to form "smart eyes" to improve the scientific integrity of forestry and grassland fire monitoring system.
