中国林产品比较优势测度与分析

文中在剔除进口贸易对比较优势评价的影响、明确判定产品比较优势的标准以及对指数值进行标准化处理的基础上，构建了新的显示性相对比较优势权重指数（WCA），并采用联合国商品贸易数据库数据对中国各类林产品的比较优势进行测度。研究发现:在剔除产品进口贸易的影响后，中国的书报以及纸和纸浆2类林产品分别从1999年和2006年开始具有出口比较优势；各类林产品的比较优势变化趋势存在差异，纸和纸浆、书报，以及木家具3类林产品的比较优势经过多年发展有较为明显的提升，而原木等初级林产品以及木浆等中间品的出口比较优势仍然较低且总体呈下降趋势。

Measurement and Analysis of Comparative Advantage of Forest Products in China: Based on the Newly Constructed WCA Index

By excluding the impact of import trade on comparative advantage evaluation, clarifying the criteria for determining comparative advantages and standardized treatment of index values, the paper constructs a new weight index of revealed relative comparative advantage (WCA), and measures the comparative advantages of different categories of forest products in China using the data of the United Nations Commodity Trade Database. It is found that China's printed books & newspapers and paper, paper products & pulp enjoy the export comparative advantages since 1999 and since 2006, respectively after excluding the impact of forest product import trade. The comparative advantages of various forest products in China are under uneven development. The comparative advantages of paper, paper products & pulp, printed books & newspapers, and wooden furniture have been significantly improved after years of development, while the export comparative advantages of primary forest products such as logs and sawntimber and the intermediate products such as wood pulp are still low and present a downward trend on the whole.
