韩国山林农业概况与类型

"山林复合经营项目"是韩国在1999年为了增加林业从业者的收入而正式实施的,主要包括短期收入、木材生产和复合山地管理3种类型。截至2005年,该项目在韩国国内的168个市(区)都得到了推广。文中主要介绍韩国山林农业系统,分析该系统存在的问题并探讨与之相应的解决方案,提出应在开发更可行的复合农林经营模式的基础上加大对林业从业者的培训和奖励力度并改善对复合农林业的支持制度。

General Situation and Type of Agroforestry in Korea

The objectives of this study are to introduce the agroforestry system, its problem and solution of forests in Korea. Agroforestry in Korea began in 1999 in order to provide interim income to the owners of forest by the lack of income from forest management and investment. In response to the economic circumstances, agroforestry area in Korea has expanded to 168 sites hiring agroforestry practices supported by government funding were set up. The funding program is divided by three models,i.e.short-term income providing model, multi-products producing model and timber producing model. In order to develop suitable agroforestry practices and systems in Korea, efforts to achieve some important are necessary. Firstly, the management models should be revised and reestablished to an application method, which reflects on reality more efficiently. Secondly, development of a program by providing sufficient education and reasonable income for forest owners could result in successful management of the models. Lastly, revision and improvement of the support systems in agroforestry should be performed.
