立体林业经营若干理论问题的探讨

本文就立体林业的理论要略、概念的内涵与外延进行了探讨。笔者认为,立体林业经营的根本特点在于实现林区社会－自然复合系统的生产经营体系的最佳设计。而在此之前必须全面、细致地了解林区的社会、经济、生产、自然结构以及资源状况,并对拟引入的经营项目进行可行性实验。

An Exploratory Study on Some Theoretical Problems on the Management of the Three Dimension Forestry

With the continual decrease of harvestable forest resources,the northeast forest areas face a severe crisis of forest resource decrease and an economic crisis.The management of the three dimensional forestry is a scientific approach for the old forest areas in choice of a forest development strategy.This type of forestry is different form the conventional type of forestry,because it adopts a mode of intensive management,taking into account of economic,ecologic and social benefits.It observes the following principles:(l) The priority to culture and protect the crop trees in the forest recources,(2) Attaching importance to ecologic benefits,(3) Maximum economic benefits.On the basis of local resources,attention is paid to strengthening the capability of self-organization,self-regulation,and self-assimilation within the community of the forest area itself.The author believes that before realizing the optimum design for a production and management system of the complex society-mature system,it is necessary to completely understand the details of the social,economic,production and natural structure and the conditions of resources and to conduct "feasibility" experiments on the projects of management to the introduced.
