基因工程和细胞工程在林木遗传改良中的进展

摘    要:本文对基因工程中外源基因种类、转基因技术、检测手段以及木本植物转基因植株成功的实例做了论述。同时介绍了细胞工程中体细胞胚状体发生及人工种子、原生质培育和体细胞融合,以及体细胞突变体的筛选等项研究在林木遗传改良中的进展和技术特点。

Abstract:This paper describes the latest advance of gene engineering and cell engineering used in forest tree genetic improvement in the world, discusses the kinds of exogenous gene, transfering gene techniques, testing methods and living examples of some woody plant transfer-gene plants to be successful in gene engineering. Concerning cell engineering, the formation of somatic embryoid and artificial seeds, protoplast culture, somatic fusion and advance of somatic mutant used in trees breeding and its technical characteristics are discussed.
