| Abstract: | China's forestry is in a critically transitional period,and is experiencing a historic shift from focusing on timber production to ecological improvement.The function of forestry administration and sector changed correspondingly.It is necessary to study reform of state-owned forest in typical countries in order to strengthen reform capability for Chinese state-owned forest.In this paper,the reform background of Zelanian state-owned forest,reform contents,issue and challenge,implication to China are introduced and reviewed.The aim of this paper is to improve Chinese state-owned forest reform and forest sustainable development based on the typical countries' implications to China. |
