国外酸雨对森林的危害及对策

本文论述了酸雨产生的原因,并用大量事实说明,酸雨使许多国家的一些森林衰退和死亡,造成严重危害。最后,列举了许多国家防治酸雨的对策,例如改造现有工业,建设新型工业,减少和消除污染源;开展国际合作,联合治理及采取营林措施,综合治理等。中国不仅也已发现酸雨,而且对一些地区的森林造成危害。国外的教训,应引以为戒;国外的防治措施,应作为借鉴。

Acid Rain Damages to Forests and Countermeasures against Acid Rain in Foreign Countries

This paper discusses the causes of acid rain,and gives numerous facts to illustrate that acid rain has caused serious damages ot some forests such as forest decline and forest death in many countries. Finally, it enumerated some countermeasures against acid rain that have been taken in many countries,For instance, transform the existing industry and build up new-typed industry to reduce and eliminate pollution source; develop international cooperations to take united actions; and take silvicultural measures to prevent and eliminate acid rain in an integrated way.Acid rain not only occurs in China but also causes damages to some forests in some areas. Warning should be taken from foreign lessons and the countermeasures against acid rain taken in foreign countries should be used for references.
