摘    要:大数据与中国家居制造业的融合,加速了家居智能制造转型升级的步伐。大数据技术已经渗透到家居制造的各个环节,显著提升了生产效率,引领了企业的核心竞争力,提高了市场预测和分析能力。文中简述家居大数据、大数据分析方法、大数据挖掘技术的基本内涵,对大数据分析方法及大数据技术在家居行业中的研究和应用情况进行了总结,包括大数据与家居智能制造的对接模式、大数据挖掘算法的应用情况;分析了大数据技术引领企业核心竞争力的转变、助力家居产品设计研发、驱动家居产品柔性制造过程、提升家居企业运营过程、促生家居企业的信息化管控平台等方面对家居智能制造的提升和改变情况;结合目前大数据技术在家居智能制造应用研究中存在的问题,从数据存储方式、数据处理方法、数据可视化展示、数字化网络平台搭建等方面进行展望,以期为在家居行业智能制造转型升级过程中拓展大数据技术的发展路径、更加合理和高效地利用大数据提供借鉴与参考。

Research Progress in the Application of Big Data Technology to Smart Home Manufacturing

Abstract:The integration of big data and home manufacturing industry in China has accelerated the pace of transformation and upgrading of smart home manufacturing. Big data technology has penetrated into all aspects of customized home manufacturing, significantly increasing production efficiency, making the core competitiveness of enterprises stand out and improving market forecasting and analysis capabilities. This paper briefly describes the basic connotation of big data on home manufacturing, big data analysis method and big data mining technology, and summarizes the research and application of big data analysis method and big data technology in the home industry, including the docking mode of big data and smart home manufacturing and the application of big data mining algorithm. It also analyzes the driving role of big data technology in the improvement and transformation of smart home manufacturing from the perspectives of enterprise core competitiveness improvement, better design and development of home products, more flexible manufacturing process of home products, improved operation process of home manufacturing enterprises and establishment of information management and control platform. In view of the existing problems, the paper discusses the prospects of the research on the application of big data technology in smart home manufacturing in terms of data storage mode, data processing method, data visualization display and digital network platform. This study is aimed at providing references for how to expand the development path of big data technology and make more rational and more efficient use of big data in the transformation and upgrading process of intelligent manufacturing in the furniture industry.
