草莓组织培养与脱毒技术

摘    要:经过多年试验研究,已摸索出草莓组织培养和脱毒技术,利用茎尖和花药做为外植体,选择MS为增殖培养基,以1/2MS为生根培养基本培养基,通过病毒检测技术保存繁殖无毒苗,已用组培出的草莓苗建园200 hm2,生长结果表现良好。

Abstract:Through years of experiments and research,we have researched and developed the tissue culture and virus-free technology of strawberry.Using stem tip and anther as explants,choosing MS as the multiplication substrate,taking 1/2MS as the basic culture medium for rootage culture,preserving and propagating the innoxious young plants by using virus measurement technology,200 hm2 orchard has been established with the tissue cultured young strawberry plants and has had a well-grown achievement.
