摘 要: | 采用热裂解-气相色谱-质谱(PY-GC-MS)和薄层色谱(TLC)法,通过对比低温快速裂解的总离子流图(TIC)、主要物质的出峰时间、特征产物以及薄层色谱得到的荧光斑点数目和比移值(Rf),成功鉴别檀香紫檀木材与染料紫檀木材。低温快速裂解所需样品少,鉴别精度高,适用于珍贵文物、高档家具的鉴定;薄层色谱法不需借助大型仪器,易于操作和普及,但需辅助其他检测手段。

Abstract: | In order to rapidly and accurately identify Pterocarpus santalinus and Pterocarpus tinctorius wood, pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (PY-GC-MS) and thin layer chromatography (TLC) were used to obtain fluorescence spot numbers and Rf values by contrasting total ions chromatogram produced through rapid pyrolysis at a low temperature, peak time of main components and difference among products of pyrolysis. The two methods were both successful in identifying the two wood species. PY-GC-MS was an effective technique in identifying wood species for precious cultural relics and high-end furniture because of high accuracy and a small sample sizes, while TLC was simple to operate and easy to be applied without aid of large instruments. |
