摘    要:综合考虑废旧节能灯回收过程中的转运费用、固定建设费用、废弃处置费用以及向用户支付的费用等经济影响因素,采取构建整数非线性规划(INLP)的数学模型,并使用计算机利用交互式的线性和通用优化求解器lingo1 1.0软件进行算例分析以确定中转中心和再利用站的位置和数量以验证该数学模型的可行性.

Abstract:The articles focuses on the optimal recycling sites of urban waste energy-saving lamps reverse logistics from the government's point of view in order to reduce the economic costs of the recycling process. A reasonable transit center and the locations of recycling station were determined in consideration of economic factors during recycling process of waste energy-saving lamps such as transit fees, fixed construction costs, waste disposal costs, and fees paid to the user. A mathematical model of the structure integer nonlinear programming (INLP) was established and Lingoll. 0 software was employed to determine the transit center and the feasibility of the use of the location and number of the stations in order to verify the mathematical model.
