摘    要:根据医疗器械产品逆向物流的特点,构建第三方医疗器械产品逆向物流服务商评价指标体系,创新性的提出采用FAHP法来确定指标权重,采用改进的TOPSIS法来进行综合评价,构建基于FAHP法和改进的TOPSIS法相结合的模糊综合评判模型,给出该模型的计算步骤.并将评价模型在matlab7.0软件平台下写成计算机程序,利用程序实现评价的全过程.最后通过算例验证该模型的可行性和该评价指标体系的实用性.

Abstract:According to the characteristics of medical device products reverse logistics, the third party medical device product reverse logistics provider evaluation index system is constructed, and FAHP method is originally proposed to determine the weight of evaluation index. The improved TOPSIS method is used to conduct comprehensive evaluation based on FAHP method and modified TOPSIS method combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The detailed computation steps are provided and the evaluation model is encoded on the matlab7. 0 software platform, which makes the evaluation by a computer program come true. Finally, an example is used to verify the feasibility of the model and the utility of the evaluation index system.
