| 摘 要： | 采用GIS作支持已成为城市道路交通安全管理先进有效的技术手段。以哈尔滨市为研究对象，先后建立城市道路交通事故地理信息系统的地图平台及空间数据库．地图平台建立后可满足交通事故点定位、统计分析的精度要求；建立空间数据库主要是概念设计、逻辑设计、物理设计，其中突出道路和事故信息的数据结构设计；最后就系统在事故分析中的应用做出阐述．

| Abstract: | Adopting Geographic Information System(GIS) as a support in urban road safety management had been an advanced and effective method.This paper established GIS map platform and space database of urban road traffic accidents in Harbin.The map platform could satisfy the precision of locating and analyzing the points of the accidents.Space database was built for concept design,logical design and physical design,and mainly for data structure design of roads and accidents information.At last,this paper described the application of the system in accident analysis. |
