摘    要:通过对木材表面粗糙度检测方法的研究,测量。以数字信号处理器(DSP)TMS320F240为核心,稳定和对被测件表面无损伤的优点。该系统工作可靠,提出采用光学探针法实现木材表面粗糙度的三维非接触实现对信号的测量及系统的控制,具有测量速度快、信号满足实时性要求,并具有很强的抗干扰能力。

Abstract:Based on the research of detection methods of wood surface roughness, the method of optics probe is put forward to realize the 3D nontangential measurement of wood surface roughness, Digital signal processor TMS320F240 is the core of the system, and the measurement of signals and the control on system can be realized. The system possesses the advantages of rapid testing, stable signal and unscathed on the surface of tested samples. And the system can be reliable, satisfy timely requirement, as well as has strong interference-resistance ability.
