摘    要:铲刀是树木移植机的关键部件,其结构直接影响到树木移植机的工作性能.根据树木移植机工作特点,对铲刀受力情况进行理论分析,建立相关的力学模型;基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立菱形铲刀与土壤相互作用的虚拟仿真模型,分析切削过程中土壤的应力变化情况及铲刀受力变化情况;分析不同切削角度下铲刀受土壤反作用力的变化情况,为铲刀进一步设计提供理论依据.

Abstract:Cutter is the key part of tree transplanting machine, whose structure can affect the performance of the machine direct- ly. According to the working characteristics of tree transplanting machine, a mathematical model was established to analyze the force on cutter. Based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA, a virtual simulation model of interaction between diamond cutter and soil was constructed to analyse the effective stress of soil and the force on the cutter and the force on cutter at different cutting angles. The study has provided a theoretical basis of the preliminary cutter design of tree transplanting machine.
