摘    要:以黑龙江省2001 ~ 2010年经济发展和环境保护相关数据为基础,采用环境库兹涅茨拟合曲线对黑龙江省经济增长与废气排放关系进行实证分析,结果表明2001 ~ 2010年黑龙江省废气排放量呈现先上升后下降的趋势,年均增长率显著低于经济的增长速度,废气排放并未与经济同步增加,今后一段时期随着经济的发展,废气排放量呈现下降趋势,说明黑龙江省环境治理取得一定的效果,但尚未形成突出优势,在二氧化硫和烟尘的排放方面仍需进一步加强.

Abstract:Based on the data of economic development and environmental protection of Heilongjiang province from 2001 to 2010, the empirical analysis on the relationship between the economic growth of Heilongjiang province and the emission of exhaust gas was made using the environmental Kuznets fitting curve. The results showed that exhaust emissions in Heilongjiang province increased first- ly and then decreased from 2001 to 2010, and the average annual growth rate was significantly lower than that of economic growth speed. It is indicated that exhaust emissions did not increase in pace with economic growth, and the environmental governance in Hei- longjiang has obtained certain effects, but it has not yet formed a prominent advantage in sulfur dioxide and soot emissions, which should be further strengthened in the future.
