基于在制品制造档案编制的生产过程质量控制研究

通过对产品生产过程制造档案的编制来完善企业制造系统的质量管理体系,将制造档案的编制与企业产品质量管理结合起来,深入探索制造档案编制遵循的原则,揭示质量管理与制造档案编制之间的关系,着重研究质量控制导向的制造档案编制方法。研究结果表明,将质量和缺陷等问题通过预防的方法预先安排到制造档案中,在生产过程中将会有效的降低产品缺陷率,对企业质量管理工作有重要作用。基于制造档案编制研究生产过程的质量控制问题,为质量管理的研究提供新的切入点,同时制造档案的编制会对企业制造数据库的建立起到促进作用,对企业新产品研发制造过程都有辅助作用。本文指出的制造档案编制流程和方法对类似企业或产品的制造档案编制和质量控制起借鉴作用。

Quality Control in the Process of Production based on the Products Manufacturing Files

The quality management system of a manufacturing system can be improved by the compilation of the products manufacturing files.In this paper,the principles of manufacturing files compilation were explored and the relationship between quality management and manufacturing files compilation was revealed.The compilation method was particularly analyzed.The study results indicated that the defect rate of the products can be effectively reduced during production process if taking the quality and defects problems into the manufacturing files in advance as prevention strategies,which is important to the quality management of enterprise.The compilation of the manufacturing files is a new starting point for quality control,which will be useful for the establishment of the enterprise manufacture database and has auxiliary significance in new product development and manufacturing process.The process and method of manufacturing files compilation proposed in the paper can be used as a reference for other enterprise.
