| 摘 要： | 随着国际工程管理的实践与发展，伙伴关系逐渐发展起来，本文提出了在伙伴关系模式下选择合同类型的原则，分析了适用于伙伴关系模式下的ECC合同范本中的相关等款。以ECC合同条件为基础，提出了业主与承包商的合作原则，并指出双方应该通过共同合作管理风险获得利润。
