摘    要:采用盆栽试验,运用正交试验设计(L9(34)),研究了酸雨、重金属镉和农药敌杀死复合污染情况下对土壤脱氢酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶和转化酶活性的影响。结果表明:农药敌杀死是制约土壤酶活性的最为重要的因素;Cd对土壤脱氢酶和脲酶均有显著的抑制作用,抑制率分别达12.8%和61.3%,但对蔗糖酶和转化酶影响很小,方差分析结果显示无统计学意义;酸雨仅对转化酶有显著影响,最大抑制率为4.4%,对蔗糖酶有一定的影响,但不显著,时脱氢酶和脲酶的影响很小,方差分析结果显示无统计学意义。

Effects of Acid rain,Cd, and Decis on Soil Enzyme Activities
Abstract:The effects of compound pollution of acid rain,Cd and decis on the activities of soil dehydrogenase, urease,invertase and intertase are studied by means of orthogonal test(Lg(34)),with pot culture. The results show that decies plays the most important role in preventing the soil enzyme activities;Cd has significant preventing on dehydrogenase and urease,the preventing rate is 12.8% and 61.3%. But it has nosignificant influence on invertase and intertase,and the analysis of variance show no statistic meaning : acid rain only has significant effect on intertase,the control rate is 4.4%. And it has some but not significant effect on invertase,slight effect on dehydrogenase and urease, but no statistic meaning.
