云南省长江流域湿地现状与保护对策

指出了湿地是长江经济带的生态命脉,维系着长江流域生态安全和经济社会可持续发展。云南省长江流域湿地在上游地区发挥着重要的生态功能,是长江流域生态保护的关键区域。基于此,分析了云南省长江流域湿地现状,针对流域内湿地存在保护空缺依然较大、保护管理水平有待提升、基础研究薄弱、保护任务艰巨等问题,提出了需加强保护体系、流域生态治理体系、基础研究和监测体系及湿地生态补偿制度建设的对策建议,为云南省长江流域湿地保护管理提供参考。

Current Status and Protection Strategies of Wetlands Along the Yangtze River in Yunnan Province

Wetland is of vital importance in the Yangtze river economic zone,and relates to maintaining ecological safety and sustainable economic and social development in the Yangtze River basin.The area of wetlands along the Yangtze River basin accounts for 32.6%of the total area of wetlands in Yunnan Province.It plays an important role in the upper reaches and is a key area for ecological protection in the Yangtze River basin.The current status and the existing problems are still protection vacancies in the wetlands in the basin;the level of protection management needs to be improved;basic research is weak,and the protection tasks are arduous.Strategies for wetland protection including strengthening the protection system,the river basin ecological management system,basic research and monitoring system,and wetland ecological compensation system were proposed to provide decision-making reference for the wetland protection and management in the Yangtze River basin in Yunnan Province.
