| 摘 要： | 指出了我国当前城市空间释义的理论体系不完善，缺乏对空间拓展机制的全面解析，导致我国的城市普遍面临着空间拓展的需要与土地有限性这一矛盾。从土地市场特征、政府与土地市场的关系进行了分析，阐述了城市空间发展战略研究过程中，对城市空间拓展和土地管理的评估，提出了相关的策略与对策。
