云南轿子山国家级自然保护区社区建设问题与和谐发展对策

摘    要:指出了云南轿子山国家级自然保护区位于云南省昆明市北部,其在整个云南昆明地区是极具特色和代表性的,保护区内社区居民的生产生活对保护区的管护造成了一定的压力。要通过实施共同社区管理和支持社区发展,努力减弱社区发展对保护区生物多样性保护构成的根本不利因素,从而减少对保护区的生物多样性产生的不利影响等。针对此问题,提出了完善社区共管机制,增强社区群众环境保护意识,做好社区发展规划,提高社区农民收入,建立健全社区发展建设机制,实施产业结构调整,发展生态型产业等有关社区共管的建议。

Abstract:Yunnan Jiaozishan National Nature Reserve is located in the northern part of Kunming,Yunnan province.It is worth mentioning that the ecological system of Jiaozishan is very characteristic and representative in Kunming region of Yunnan province.The production and life of community residents in the protected area has caused some pressure on the conservation of the protected area.Through the implementation of common community management and support for community development,efforts are made to reduce the fundamental disadvantages that community development poses to the conservation of biodiversity in protected areas,thereby reducing the negative impacts on biodiversity in protected areas.In view of this problem,this paper puts forward the suggestions of improving community co—management mechanism,enhancing community's consciousness of environmental protection,doing a good job in community development planning,raising community farmers' income,establishing and improving community development and construction mechanism,implementing industrial structure adjustment,developing ecological industry and other related community co—management.
