温度和光照对水螅种群增长的影响

摘    要:通过对水螅的培养探究了温度与光照对水螅种群增长的影响,试验结果表明:水螅在培养前期(3~13 d)30℃条件下,其种群密度和瞬时种群增长率最大,在培养后期(14~15 d)25℃条件下的种群密度和瞬时种群增长率最大。不同的光照时间对水螅种群增长具有明显的影响,光照时间9 h实验组的水螅种群密度及瞬时增长率最大,其次为6 h和12 h实验组,光照0 h实验组的种群密度及瞬时增长率均低于其他各组。

Abstract:Through the cultivation of Hydra species to explore the influence of temperature and light on population growth ofHydra species,the results showed that Hydraspecies at the early stage(3-13 days)of the culturing under the condition of 30℃,population density and instantaneous population growth rate were the biggest;at the late state(14-15 days)of the culturing under the condition of 25℃,population density and instantaneous population growth rate were the biggest.Different light hours had obvious impact on population growth of Hydra species.The biggest population density and instantaneous growth rates were found in the 9h experimental group,followed by the 6h and 12h experimental groups.The population density and instantaneous growth rates in the 0h experimental group were lower than those in the other groups.
