丛生竹的组培快繁技术

摘    要:综合报道了20种丛生竹的组织培养,其中15种得到生根小植株.对幼年竹和成年竹各培养阶段的关键技术分别进行了阐述.针对目前竹子离体快速繁殖工作中出现的问题,作者强调应注意无性系苗的遗传品质和遗传多样性的保护,为了降低苗木成本和避免竹林提早开花,竹子组培技术应和常规育苗技术相结合.

Abstract:The report covers the in-vitro culture methods of 20 species of sympodial bamboos, of which, 15 have obtained plantlets. The critical techniques of cultivatimg juvenile and mature bamboo in all stages were illustrated in details. On the present problemes during bamboo rapid propagation, authors emphasize that attention should be paid to clone bamboo hereditary quality, and the protection of bamboo genetic diversity. In order to reduce the cost of plantlet production and aviod the risk of bamboo forests early flowering,bamboo propagation should be combined with propagation conventional techniques.
