毛竹种源地理变异规律及选择的研究

1995年春收集全国毛竹分区8省16个毛竹种源的母竹，在福建建瓯和华安县营造种源试验林，经过5年观测不同种源发笋成竹，春笋营养成份和叶生理生化等70多项性状，应用数量遗传学原理和方法，分析毛竹种源各种遗传参数，结果发现毛竹种源存在明显的地理变异趋势，南部种源发笋量较大，而北部种源的新竹胸径、竹高较大。通过多性状综合评价分析，初步选择出福建武夷山、建瓯、沙县、江西上饶4个优良种源，遗传增益显著。

Research on Geological Variation Rule and Selection of Bamboo Resource

In the Spring of 1995, sixteen bamboo resources were collected from eight provinces and the experimental bamboo forest was built in Jianou and Huaan, Fujian. After the five year observation on over seventy symptoms, for example, different bamboo sources' growth to bamboo, nutrimental elements and physiological change of the leaves in spring bamboo shoots, using the quantitative genetic principle and approach and analyze all kinds of genetic parameters of bamboo resource. Finally, get a result that bamboo resources have geographical variation tendency. In the south, the amount of growing bamboo is more; north, the diameter of new bamboo is more and it is higher. By comprehensive evaluation and analysis, choose four excellent bamboo resources from Wuyi Mountain, Jianou, Sa County, Shangrao in Jiangxi and genetic increase greatly.
