浸渍塑化竹材弯曲性能的研究

摘    要:通过对竹材浸渍水溶性和醇溶性酚醛树脂处理,分析了压力和树脂类型对空白试件和改性试件材干湿状态下弯曲性能的影响。试验结果表明,试件弯曲性能与压力成正相关,浸渍酚醛树脂后试件弹性模量提高显著,试验范围内,浸渍水溶性酚醛树脂的处理材,其沸水煮后强度下降最小。

Abstract:In this paper,bamboo samples were treated with water-and ethanol-soluble phenol formaldehyde resin,and the influence of pressure and resin type on flexural mechanical performance of samples was evaluated and analysed.The results showed that the flexural performance was positively correlated to pressure.Modulus of elasticity of treated samples was improved clearly.The strength decline degree was the lowest,when modified with water-soluble PF and immersed 3h in boiling water.
