| 摘 要： | ２０世纪，在全世界工业高速发展、物质财富大量累积的同时，森林遭到了空前的破坏，森林面积急剧下降。例如，１９５０年，全世界森林面积（３７．３８亿ｈｍ＾２）占大陆面积的１／４，估计２０００年只占１／６（２４．９２亿ｈｍ＾２）。过去５０年中，全球森林覆盖率由２５％下降到１７％；共消失森林１２．４６亿ｈｍ＾２，平均每年消失２２４９ｈｍ＾２，即每消失４７．４ｈｍ＾２。按照这个速度，地球上的森林将在２１世纪内
