| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着经济的迅速发展,影响工程建设项目因素除了项目的质量问题外,在保证工程质量不变的前提下,要尽量降低工程成本是每一项工程都需要考虑的重要问题,这就需要从工程的各个阶段来研究工程造价的管理问题,建立科学的造价管理体系。本文着重对我国的工程造价管理情况进行分析。
