| 摘 要： | 根据近年中俄政府间的协议和俄罗斯远东森林资源状况,论述了对俄森林利用的前景及采伐的主要技术要点和设备选型问题,提出了今后要扩大对俄森林开发的规模,同时增加木材加工的投入,达到双方共赢的合作目的。

| Abstract: | According to the agreement between China and Russia government and the forest resource condition in Russia,this paper states the foreground,cutting technique and equipment selection of forest utilization cooperation with Russia.It also puts forward that the forest development scale should be enlarged and the timber processing income should increased to reach the goal of cooperation double-payoff. |
