装饰企业投标报价风险分析

摘    要:随着人们对办公环境和居住环境需求的日益提高以及我国房地产行业的飞速发展,我国装饰行业不断发展壮大,同时装饰工程也相应地进一步细化,形成了各类独具特色的装饰企业,如:室内建筑装饰、室内设备装饰、室外建筑与环境装饰等,本文针对装饰施工独有的特点,具体分析了其在投标报价前的准备及应用具体策略时存在的潜在风险.

Abstract:With the increase of requirement to work conditions and the inhabitation environment as well as the rapid devel- opment of real estate industry,Chinese decoration industry grows strong unceasingly.Simultaneously decoration engineer- ing correspondingly further refinement.Some characteristic enterprise was founded,for example:interior construction de- sign,interior equipment decoration design,exterior construction and environment design,and so on.To the special char- acteristic of decoration construction,the author analyzes the potential risk existing in the preparation before quoted price and the specific strategy application.
