| 摘 要： | 文章详细阐述了国家林业局林资发2003]61号颁布的《森林资源规划设计调查主要技术规定》中森林覆盖率和林木绿化率计算公式和公式中所涉及各地类技术标准及计算范围、方法,通过对比分析森林覆盖率和林木绿化率共同点和不同点,说明当前从生态环境防护功能上看林木绿化率更接近客观现实,规划发展指标也是非常有必要的. |

| Abstract: | This paper states the computation formula of forest coverage and forest virescence ratio,technique standard and computation range and method of various land type in the main technique regulation of forest resource plan and design in- vestigation promulgated by national forestry bureau.Through the comparison analysis of the similarities and differences of forest coverage and forest virescence ratio,it states that the latter is more closely to thingness from the ecology environ- ment protection functions and it is necessary to plan development index using it. |
