| Abstract: | In this paper,we demonstrate the practices of the market operation pattern and its deficiencies of forest guaranty company, through analyzing the collective forest management and investment demand of Youxi,which is a county possessing the typical characteristics of collective forest area.We plan a way for establishing investment and financing credit platforms to solve the problems of loan guarantee and financing credit for forest production and management after the reformation of forest ownership system. |
