| Abstract: | Plant tissue culture technology is improving daily,has been widely used for seedling cultivation and tree breeding in forestry.This paper summarizes the application of tissue culture technology in expanded propagation of seedling and genetic improvement of forest-tree.Finally,it gives a prospect on the application of this technique. |
