沙棘无性繁殖技术的研究

摘    要:本文论述了在沙棘无性繁殖中,采用较先进的自控喷雾扫描装置,通过科学试验设计和分析方法,筛选出最佳基质、最佳处理时间、最佳激素和激素配比浓度,构成一个最佳组成体系。在该体系里对扦插的侧根数、侧根长、苗高等均较对照分别提高98%~70%、55%。该技术的为沙棘树种和基因资源的保护提供了成功的模式。

Abstract:Automatic control water spraying device was used in vegetative propagation of Hippophae rhamnoides. The best combination which including the best base material, the best treatment time, the best hormone and the best dose of hormone was selected by scientific experiment design and analysis method. The number and the length of adventitious root and the height of vegetative seedling were increased by 98%, 70% and 55% respectively with the treatment combination. This measure provided a successful model for conservation of trees and gene resources of the species.
