| Abstract: | Aiming at the disadvantages of the management system and mechanism of forest resources of state -owned forest area, on the basis of summary experience of forest resources management system reform of key state -owned forest region in northeast China , the directions and assumptions of forest resources management system reform of state -owned forest area were proposed from institutional settings , sources of funds , job functions and management mechanism , etc. |
