我国高毒力白僵菌菌株选育的研究进展

摘    要:综述了我国近15年来白僵菌菌株选育的研究进展,包括利用自然筛选法、人工诱变方法、遗传转化法及基因克隆法获得优良菌株等等,指出了高毒力白僵菌菌株选育过程中存在原生质体遗传转化存在转化率低、选育的菌株经过多次继代培养后会出现退化等问题,并提出相应的解决方法。

Research Progress on High-virulence Strain Breeding of Beauveria bassiana in China

Abstract:Research progress on strain breeding of Beauveria bassiana was reviewed for recent 15 years in China, including obtaining fine strains via natural selection method, artificial mutation method, genetic transformation method and gene clone method and so on. Some problems existing in high-virulent strain breeding of Beauveria bassiana were pointed out, such as the rate of protoplast genetic transformation was low and breeding strains after repeated subculture lution was put forward. appeared degradation and so on. The corresponding solution was put forward.
