纳帕海自然保护区游客动机研究

对纳帕海自然保护区游客动机进行研究,首先对所有动机的重要程度进行排序分析,然后通过交叉分析,得出不同＂客源地＂和＂年龄＂游客的旅游动机无明显差异。因子分析将12个动机因子归为3类：亲近自然、健身疗养和探索知识。多元线性回归分析发现,旅游动机对游客满意度有一定的影响,实地问卷调查中发现游客满意度很大程度上与保护区的环境状况、设施状况、解说系统等有关。最后为提高游客的满意度,改善保护区的体验水平,提出了一些针对性的建议。

Research on motivations of tourists in Napahai nature reserve

This article did research on tourists’ motivation of Napahai Nature Reserve.All the motivations were sorted by their importances and by cross analysis.The results showed that there was no difference on the motivations of tourists from different places or in different age.Factor analysis classified 12 motivation factors into 3 types: nature experiencing,outdoor entertainment and knowledge exploration.Multiple linear regression analysis results showed tourists motivations affected their satisfaction to some extent.The questionnaire survey found that satisfaction was greatly related to environmental conditions,facilities and interpretation system.In the end,some personalized suggestions are provided to improve tourists’ satisfaction and better Napahai Nature Reserve’s experiencing level.
