| 摘 要： | 生态经济沟是在太行山区开展水土保持工作和小流域综合治理的基础上发展起来的。目前,生态经济沟的建设,已成为太行山开发的根本途径和基本单元。本文论证了生态经济沟产生的历史必然性,指出生态经济沟的生命力在于它的生态与经济双目标经营,并提出了制订生态经济沟建设规划应遵循的一系列原则。

| Abstract: | Ecological economic valley(EEV) has been put forward and developed at the base of water and soil conservation drive and the comprehensive harnessing of small catchment in Taihang Mountain, Hebei province. Nowadays, ecological economic valley has been the fundamental proach to and basic unit of developing Taihang Mountain, In this paper, the historical inevitability of the EEV 's lunching is demonstrated; and its vitality is described lying in double-aim managing for ecology and economy. Meanwhile, the necessary principles for the construction planning of ecological economy are also given. |
