| 摘 要： | 为了检查花粉的生活力 ,确定花粉发芽的可靠程度 ,在进行人工授粉前 ,对多种果树花粉进行了发芽试验 ,并结合生产应用的实际需要 ,通过研究不同蔗糖浓度及培养基形态等对花粉发芽的影响 ,以确定不同果树花粉最佳培养方法。结果表明不同果树花粉要达到最佳生活力 ,需选择不同蔗糖浓度、培养基形态
