| Abstract: | The technology for making candied sweet potato in sugar solution has been elaborated. The results showed that this technology is easy to operate with high quality of fresh sweet potato. With its extension, the economic value of sweet popato would be increased and the candied food family enlarged. And the friut processing industry will have a new and cheap raw material. |
