滇西南地区旱冬瓜优良种源的早期选择研究

摘    要:在镇沅、龙陵,瑞丽3个试验点,通过对15个种源99个旱冬瓜家系18个月的幼林的树高、胸径及材积的测定与分析,结果表明,(1)在旱冬瓜的地理种源间存在着丰富的遗传变异,不同种源幼林期在树高、胸径、材积生长上均存在着显著差异,表明在滇西南地区开展旱冬瓜优良种源的选择十分必要.(2)在3个试验点表现较好、较稳定的种源是瑞丽种源,材积的实际增益分别为,镇沅试验点34.2%、龙陵试验点40.2%、瑞丽试验点45.4%,瑞丽旱冬瓜种源可作为滇西南地区旱冬瓜人工造林的采种种源.

Abstract:Choosing 99 families belong to 15 provenances of Alnus nepalensis as the study materials,through measuring and analyzing the tree height,DBH and volume of 18 months saplings,the early selection experiments for screening superior provenances were conducted at Zhenyuan,Longling and Ruili of Yunnan province.Two main results were achieved as follows:1) There was rich genetic variation among different provenances,significant differences existed in tree height,DBH and volume,which implied the necessity to conduct provenance selection;2) Ruili provenance showed satisfactory performance on all the three experimental sites,with the actual gain of 34.2 %,40.2 % and 45.4 % at Zhenyuan,Longling and Ruili experimental site respectively,therefore Ruili was the suggested provenance for Alnus nepalensis seed collection in southwest Yunnan.
