昌宁云南松毛虫自然种群生命表组建及幼虫取食量测定

通过在昌宁野外定株放养观测 ,详细记载了云南松毛虫整个世代各个发育阶段的存活数、死亡数及死亡原因等 ,首次组建了云南松毛虫自然种群生命表。从生命表可以看出 ,云南松毛虫种群数量在很大程度上受自然环境因素制约 ,第一代和越冬代的死亡率分别为 99 76 %和 99 88%。通过 6 0头幼虫室内个体饲养 ,测定出第一代和越冬代幼虫取食思茅松针叶量分别为 92 2 2 3cm和 86 0 1 3cm ,取食天数分别为 10 3天和 98天。分析表明 :幼虫 4龄 (含 4龄 )以前 ,云南松毛虫累计取食针叶量不超过总取食量的 15 % ,5龄以后取食量占总食量的 85 %以上。故幼虫 4龄期是防治云南松毛虫的最佳时间。

Natural Population Life Table Establishment of Dendrolimus latipennis and Feeding of Larva

Through field feeding experiment and determination, the number of survival individual, dead individual and the reason of death of Dendrolimus latipennis were recorded systematically, the natural population life table was established for the first time. It was deduced from the life table that population number was significantly affected by the natural and environmental factors, the death rate of the first generation and overwintering generation were 99 76% and 99 88 % respectively. Indoor feeding experiment was conducted on 60 larva, the results showed that the feeding amount of conifers of the first generation and overwintering generation were 9 222 3 cm and 8 601 3 cm respectively, and the feeding period were 103 day and 98 day respectively. The analysis results showed that the feeding amount of four age larva was 15 %, and that of the larva after 5 age attained 85 %, and 4 age larva was the optimum time for control.
