海南生态立省背景下的林业可持续发展

应用生态地理学与可持续发展理论,分析海南生态省建设与林业可持续发展的关系,表明以海南岛热带林既是海南生态立省的基本资源,也是社会经济发展的环境条件和生态屏障;林业可持续经营应贯彻保护、恢复与发展并重的原则,建立海南岛生态公益林体系和商品林体系。中南部山区重点保护和恢复热带天然林,发展森林旅游业和非木产业;海岸平原建立海岸和农田防护林体系,保护和恢复红树林;丘陵台地大力发展商品林、果木和其他混林农业。

Appling the ecogeography and sustainable development theory,it shows that The Approach of Eco-province and forestry Sustainable development are interactive,and co-existed,the forest is either important resources or the environmental and ecological bulwark.The principle of the FSD should be stressed by protection,restoration,and development.The land use strategy can be defined as following:In the central mountainous area,stressing the protection and restoration of natural forest and its biodiversity,as well as the development of eco-tourism and non-timber industry;In the coastal plain area,mainly building up the wind break forest and protecting the mangrove,and in the hilly and plate area,developing the commercial timber,pulp,economic forest as well as agro-forestry base.
