| 摘 要： | 以世界自然基金会(WWF)的"自然保护区管理快速评估方法"为基础,结合海南实际,从自然保护区的管理基础、管理机制、管理行为、管理效果等4个方面选取了29个指标,形成适用的指标体系。采用问卷调查和评分分析方法,对海南省林业系统自然保护区总体管理有效性进行评价,并针对存在的共性问题提出建议性的解决措施,以促进海南省林业系统自然保护区的有效管理。

| Abstract: | Base on the WWF rapid assessment of protected area management and the current condition of Hainan Forestry Nature Reserve,29 assessment indexes from four aspects,including(A) management basis,(B) management mechanism,(C) management behavior,and(D)management achievement were given by this study.According to the assessment criteria,totally 29 Nature Reserves in Hainan forestry system were assessed.The aim of the assessment is to find the problems existing in the management of Hainan Forestry Nature Reserve,China,and to improve the management police and management method of the Forestry Nature Reserve. |
