摘    要:以朝仓花椒为试材,研究了其组培快繁技术。试验表明,4~5月份接种外植体易获得无菌苗;初期适宜的增殖培养基为MS+6-BA1.0mg/L(单位下同)+IBA0.2+3.0%蔗糖,继代增殖培养基为MS+6-BA0.5+IBA0.1+3.0%蔗糖,适宜的生根培养基为1/4MS+NAA0.3+2.5%蔗糖,移栽最佳基质为蛭石。

Abstract:The tissue culture and rapid propagation of Zanthoxylum piperitum DC var.inerme Makino were studied in this paper.The results indicated that sterile regenerated plants can be easy cultivated from explants during April and May.The optimum proliferation medium was MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L IBA+3%Sugar.The best subculture and rooting media were MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L IBA+3.0%Sugar and 1/4 MS+0.3 mg/L NAA+2.5%Sugar,respectively.The result also showed that vermiculite was the best growing medium for plantlets from tissue culture among all the designed medium.
